Negotiations with accused murderer Marko Krivosic stalled over single issue
The court has heard negotiations with a man charged with the murder of father-of-four George Nassif inside a Warwick Farm unit have stalled over a single issue.

A single issue is holding up negotiations between a man charged with murder, Marko Krivosic, and the Director of Public Prosecutions, the court has heard.
Police allege Mr Krivosic, 29, of Liverpool shot father-of-four George Nassif in the back inside a Warwick Farm unit last year.
He has been in custody since his arrest in a Perth motel last August which took place two weeks after an arrest warrant was issued.
Police allege the Mr Krivosic was one of two men who entered George Nassif’s George St unit on July 22 last year and is now facing charges of murder, manslaughter and specially aggravated break and enter. No pleas have yet been entered.
Magistrate Ian Guy heard there was a single issue holding up negotiations between the DPP and Mr Krivosic. The parties have negotiated on two occasions in recent months.
The matter was adjourned for a month and will return to Campbelltown Local Court on December 4
