Macquarie Fields man Shane Arthur Christopher Kelly has been arrested and charged after he allegedly shot at a Goulburn house and breached a domestic apprehended violence order.

Macquarie Fields man Shane Arthur Christopher Kelly has been arrested and charged after he allegedly shot at a Goulburn house and breached a domestic apprehended violence order last Sunday.
Police say about 7.50pm, July 9, the 32-year-old knocked on the door of a house on Strathallen Cres, Goulburn.
When nobody answered the door he allegedly fired a shortened .22 long rifle at the house before driving away.
The incident was reported the next day.
Kelly was arrested yesterday morning by officers from The Hume Police District at a Fraser St, Macquarie Fields address and taken to Campbelltown Police Station.
He is facing five charges including breaching a domestic apprehended violence order, fire firearm at premises, possess shortened firearm, possess unauthorised firearm and being armed with intent to commit an indictable offence.
The 32-year-old appeared briefly by audiovisual link in Campbelltown Local Court today.
He did not apply for bail and it was formally refused.
The matter will return to Goulburn Local Court on August 14.
