A man has been charged after allegedly secreting a camera into a toilet cubicle of an office in Picton.
About 8.50am yesterday (Monday), a 61-year-old man — employed as a printer technician — attended an office in Argyle St, Picton, to service a printer.
It is alleged while he was inside the premises he entered a toilet cubicle where he secreted a GoPro camera and started filming.
He left the premises about 11am.
About 11.10am a female staff member attended the cubicle and upon leaving she noticed the small camera.
She alerted other staff members and they called local police.
Officers from Camden Police Area Command arrested the technician at Narellan police station about 4.40pm on Monday and charged him with two counts of filming a person in a private act.
He was granted conditional bail and will appear in Picton Local Court on Tuesday 12 February 2019.
