A southwest Sydney mum who was caught on CCTV footage stabbing a man on Anzac Day wanted to “teach the c--t a lesson”.
Mum-of-four Jessica Pfitzner, 26, pleaded guilty to reckless wounding causing grievous bodily harm, appearing on Wednesday via video link from jail where she remains in custody on remand.
The Cartwright woman had been living in Elderslie but had been evicted from those premises a month prior.
The agreed facts say CCTV showed the victim and Pfitzner in a car at Elderslie on April 25 before she got out, went to the driver’s side and stabbed the man.
She stabbed him twice more before they continued to talk and she made stabbing motions towards him and held the knife to his face.
The victim drove to his family member’s home and then was taken to hospital after they saw all the blood.
“I’ve been stabbed, I don’t want to give any details of how, I don’t want police involved, I just want to be stitched up,” court documents say he told hospital staff.
“She [Pfitzner] doesn’t know where I am. I deserved it. She’s a good person”.
The victim was transferred to Liverpool Hospital because of a penetrating wound that was close to an existing internal herniation.
He repeatedly told staff “it’s my fault, I was being a smartass prick … that’s what she said”.
After CCTV was provided to police, Pfitzner was arrested on April 28.
Agreed fact documents state she told police the victim was involved in a pedophile ring, but would not give details.
There is no suggestion the victim is involved with anything illegal.
Pfitzner said she stabbed him because “he made me f--king angry” and “the c--t would not leave me alone since I’m a f--king girl” and she wanted to “teach the c--t a lesson”.
The victim provided a letter to police indicating he gave Pfitzner the knife used to stab him and also provoked her in a number of ways.
“Even when Jessica picked up the knife and threatened me in an attempt to stop my annoying behaviour, I further fuelled the situation by laughing at her and making comments claiming she ‘wouldn’t use the knife on me’, hence further inciting the situation,” the victim said in the police facts.
Pfitzner was committed for sentence at Campbelltown District Court and is due to appear on November 17.
