It is also alleged the group then searched the home for Mr Mancuso, and during the hunt his father was allegedly assaulted.

Mr Mancuso was allegedly forced out of the home and taken to a warehouse in Revesby.

At 8.46am, police arrived at the warehouse and began surveillance, before operatives from the NSW Police Tactical Operations Unit contained the scene and called on the occupants to exit.

The victim was sent out the front but a group of people remained in the location where fires were allegedly lit within the unit in a bid to destroy evidence.

The group of eight men arraigned at Campbelltown Court will face Downing District Court on November 18, where a trial date will be set. The trial is estimated to take four to six weeks.
