A former bikie was captured with his pants down after he was allegedly held by a group of men on an alleged $2 million ransom.

Eleven males, including a 16-year-old boy, were arrested after an hours-long standoff with police at a warehouse in Sydney’s west.

Police allege former Lone Wolf bikie Dillon Mancuso was kidnapped from a home in Bringelly, where a 61-year-old man was also inside, on Tuesday morning before he was bundled into a car and taken to an industrial building near Bankstown where he was held.

As officers negotiated with the men, the warehouse was allegedly set on fire by the group inside.

Heavily armed police then stormed the building about 1pm, bringing the ordeal, which started at 3am, to an end.

Fire and Rescue NSW crews were called to the scene to help extinguish the blaze.

Mr Mancuso, 37, was released into custody and taken to hospital with injuries to his head and face.

Images from the scene show Mr Mancuso dressed in nothing but a pair of white jocks as he was ushered from the scene by officers.

He was also pictured sitting in the back of a van.

Earlier, NSW Police said one of the men was allegedly armed with a gun during the home invasion at Bringelly.

Police were called to a Jersey Road home about 3am and found a 61-year-old man who had allegedly also been assaulted by the kidnappers.

His injuries were minor and he did not require further treatment.

The investigation then led police to the warehouse on Marigold St in Revesby, where Mr Mancuso was allegedly being held.

“He suffered some severe facial injuries … the incident was exceptionally dangerous and could have been even more severe or even fatal due to the level of violence involved,” Detective Superintendent Andrew Koutsoufis told reporters on Tuesday.

Eight men, aged between 16 and 37, were arrested after tactical police dragged several of them out of the building.

Shouting can be heard in dramatic footage of the raid, apparently captured from a second-storey building, which appears to show at least one man with the word “security” emblazoned on his back being forced to lie face down.

Another man struggles near him on the ground as it takes three officers to subdue him.

As police were working the scene, another three men, aged 30, 28 and 27, arrived in a car and were also arrested.
