Daniel James Beale, 34, was charged with common assault and attempted sexual intercourse without consent, with an alternative count of sexual touching without consent in 2022.

The Spring Farm man faced Judge Tanya Smith at Campbelltown District Court for arraignment on March 9, where he pleaded not guilty to all three charges.
The court heard there had been difficulty obtaining suitable dates for a district court trial due to calendar clashes between the Crown and Beale’s defence counsel.
The matter was adjourned to Campbelltown District Court for one week to find a suitable date for the trial.
