Jaw-dropping aerial imagery has showcased the extent of wild weather and devastation in the Macarthur region following the recent floods.
The July floods were the fourth ones in just six months that residents in Camden and other parts of the region had to battle.
Homes and businesses were flooded and residents had no choice but to pack up, leave and watch the floodwaters swell as they overtook streets and paddocks.
People lost precious belongings, livestock and assets as the river rose around them leaving some, such as at Bents Basin, stranded with limited resources until help was available.
