Bradbury couple Benjamin Day and Jennifer Cook plead guilty to bestiality, child abuse material charges

A Sydney couple who met on Tinder and filmed amateur porn admitted to engaging in a disturbing sex act with a family dog and exchanging horrific child abuse material imagery. WARNING: Graphic content.

An amateur porn couple who met on Tinder has admitted to engaging in a disturbing sex act with a family dog and exchanging vile child abuse material imagery as “dirty talk”.

Jennifer Cook, 25, and Benjamin Day, 32, fronted Campbelltown Local Court last week and pleaded guilty to multiple charges laid after their home at Bradbury was raided by police.

Cook, who court documents say lives in Belconnen in the ACT, pleaded guilty to committing an act of bestiality, using a carriage service to transmit child abuse material, using a carriage service to access child abuse material and using a carriage service to disseminate bestiality material. A charge of possessing bestiality material will also be considered on sentencing.

While Day admitted to committing an act of bestiality as a principal in the second degree, using a carriage service to transmit child abuse material, using a carriage service to access child abuse material and using a carriage service to disseminate bestiality material.

Charges of possessing and producing bestiality and possessing child abuse material will also be considered on Day’s sentencing.

Benjamin Day was arrested after the police raided his home in 2022.

According to agreed facts tendered to court, Cook and Day were in a relationship living at Bradbury when, in September 2022, members of the AFP Child Protection Operations raided their home.

A two-minute and 50-second video was found on the phones belonging to the couple, which depicted the disturbing act of Cook having sexual intercourse with the family dog while Day helped her. The incident took place at a home in Coolac.

In a conversation, Day referenced the illicit bestial act and described it as “f---ing hot,” both said they “loved” seeing each other with the dog sexually.

It was also uncovered that between December 2020 and May 2022, the pair exchanged sexually explicit images and videos while discussing their sexual preferences and what sexual activities they wished to try.

Some of these files were child abuse material, with a significant portion showing children in animation form, approximately five to 10 years old.

In an interview with police, Cook told officers she met Day on Tinder in 2018 and moved in together the following year.

She said they would use social media chat apps to engage in “dirty talk”, during which they discuss sexual likes and dislikes, and they would sit on the lounge across from each other and send messages.

According to the agreed facts, Cook participated in these conversations to keep the peace with Day, so she would say yes “like an obedient little dog”.

In an interview with police, Day told officers they produced pornography together for their Pornhub account.

The pair, who are both in custody on remand, have been committed for sentence at Campbelltown District Court. Cook will next appear on September 28, and Day will appear on October 12.
