Anthony Vincent Dennis charged with negligent driving after fatal crash
A man has been accused of alleged negligent driving after a crash killed a 71-year-old man in Picton.

A man has been fronted court after being charged over a crash that led to the death of a motorcycle rider in his seventies.
Anthony Vincent Dennis, 54, appeared at Picton Local Court on Wednesday after he was charged with negligent driving occasioning death.
About 1pm on December 14, emergency services were called to Remembrance Drive after a crash between a car and motorcycle.
Despite their efforts, the motorcyclist, aged 71, died at the scene.
Dennis, who resides at Pheasants Nest, was charged by police with negligent driving after an investigation.
In court on Thursday, the police prosecutor explained that investigators had reviewed the matter and established it was a case of alleged negligent driving rather than driving in a manner dangerous.
Dennis told the court he had engaged a lawyer, but they were involved in another case on the day. He has not entered any pleas in relation to the matter.
Magistrate Mark Douglass adjourned the case for two weeks, until May 18.
