Investigators say a BMW sedan, driven by a 31-year-old man with the boy as his passenger, was travelling east along Clingan Ave about 5.50pm on Monday when the car collided with a Mercedes Benz heading west.

The front driver’s airbag in the BMW was deployed following the collision.
