A hotly anticipated Eat Street, set to open this year in southwest Sydney, will feature a dizzying array of restaurants, with more names announced for the exciting new destination.
The latest names to set up shop at Ed.Square in Edmondson Park include seafood specialist Fishery & CO, cafe bakery Degani, kebab concept Naji’s Gourmet Foods and Thai restaurant Pepperseeds.
The Eat Street will form a major part of the masterplanned community being developed by Frasers Property Australia, which aspires to bring an inner-city lifestyle to the west.
Food and beverage tenants previously confirmed include Blueprint Cafe, The
Noodle Den, Ogalo, Masala Kitchen, Daily Bean Cafe & Dessert Bar, Jas & Co Steak Bar & Grill, Sushi on Fire, Burger Point and The Shed Cafe.
With 25 different alfresco dining options, the hub will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Frasers Property general manager of retail leasing Tim Moore said a diverse dining offer was a “key ingredient” of the modern, 21st-century town centre at Edmondson Park.
“Sydney’s new foodie destination is coming soon and we’re pleased to welcome these exciting new concepts to the community,” he said.
“The urban design and retail mix at Ed.Square’s Eat Street will make it the ideal place for people to drop in for a quick bite, settle in for a long lunch, enjoy a romantic dinner and then catch a movie at Event Cinemas.”
Stage one of Ed.Square Town Centre will open in the second half of 2020.
