A Thai restaurant in Casula is one of the latest venues to be affected by coronavirus.
Health authorities said on Thursday anyone who attended Five Stars Thaitanic in Casula on Saturday, September 12 between 4.20pm and 5.20pm was considered a casual contact and should monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 and get tested if they develop.
After testing, they must remain in isolation until a negative test result is received.
The health alert comes after five new cases were reported in the 24 hours to 8pm on Wednesday, with 20,411 tests conducted in that period.
Of the new cases, two were returned overseas travellers in hotel quarantine while two were locally acquired and linked to a known case or cluster.
One is a locally acquired infection from the Murrumbidgee Local Health District whose source is still under investigation.
NSW Health said while a subsequent test on the person had produced a negative result, it was taking a cautious approach, with the individual and close contacts remaining in isolation while further testing was undertaken.
One new case is a healthcare worker from the Concord Emergency Department who was in isolation while infectious.
The number of cases linked to the Liverpool/Concord emergency department cluster has grown to 21, including eight staff.
