A car has collided with a bus reportedly carrying students in Carnes Hill.

Emergency services were called to Carnes Hill Community and Recreation Precinct on Kurrajong Rd shortly before 3.15pm.

An Ambulance NSW spokesman confirmed paramedics assessed a 70-year-old woman at the scene for back pain but were not required to treat or transport anyone.

The bus was reportedly carrying kindergarten students, who were shaken but unharmed.
