Broadhurst Rd, Ingleburn: Yennora man charged with dangerous driving occasioning death after woman’s death
A 24-year-old Yennora man has been charged over the death of a 25-year-old woman who was in the passenger seat when his car struck a parked truck on Friday night.

A 24-year-old Yennora man has been charged after a car he was driving struck a parked truck and his 25-year-old female passenger died.
The accident happened about 11.40pm on Friday, August 4, in Sydney’s southwest.
The man had been under police guard in hospital since the crash, but was released into the custody of police this afternoon.
He was taken to Campbelltown Police Station where NSW Police charged him with dangerous driving occasioning death – drive manner dangerous, negligent driving (occasioning death), and drive while licence application refused.
Emergency services attended the scene at Broadhurst Rd, Ingleburn, after receiving reports a car had crashed into a truck parked near the Shaw Rd intersection.
NSW Ambulance paramedics said the car’s front passenger died at the scene.
She has not been formally identified.
The 24-year-old driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to Liverpool Hospital for mandatory testing, where NSW police said he remained under police guard on Saturday.
Officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command established a crime scene and Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit officers have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
The Yennora man was refused bail to appear in Parramatta Bail Court on August 6.
