A ring and three leaf clover tattoo could lead to the identity of a woman found seriously injured in Glebe overnight.
Emergency services were called to Francis Street about 9pm last night (Monday) and treated the woman before she was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a critical condition.
Officers from Leichhardt Police Area Command have been unable to identify the woman and are now appealing for public assistance.
Later on Tuesday afternoon police released images of a gold ring in the shape of a heart and the word ‘Mum’ in the centre.
Another image of a green three leaf clover tattoo, located on the woman’s right shoulder, has also been released.
She is described as being of caucasian appearance, aged between 30 to 40, with short dark hair; at the time was wearing a blue top and white shorts.
