Three young men have pleaded guilty over a sickening double stabbing and break-in at Chippendale last year, which saw two international students rushed to hospital with more than 25 stab wounds.

Fresh details have been revealed in court documents about the horrifying ordeal which unfolded on the morning of July 6 last year.

Four international students were sleeping in their shared house on Shepherd St about 8.30am when three men, not known to them, broke in through an unlocked screen door.

The home invasion turned violent when co-offenders Yasir Musa, 22, and Saia Fangu Fangu, 19, armed themselves with knives from the kitchen and entered two of the bedrooms, the agreed facts stated.

Musa stabbed house mate Huifu “Kevin” Yu about 15 times as he lay helpless in his bed and continually demanded money from the victim.

The victim said “take whatever you want, just don’t kill me, I do not want to die”, the agreed facts stated.

However, Musa continued to slash him.

Fangu Fangu and Musa then entered another bedroom upstairs and stabbed house mate Junhui “Harry” Fan more than 10 times, including in the face, while demanding money and access to his bank account.

The attack only stopped when Fan acted dead.

The trio left after Fangu Fangu and Musa stole thousands of dollars worth of goods and bank cards from the two bedrooms of the victims.

The third co-offender Beshoi Butros, 22, had remained in the downstairs corridor during the attacks and took some of the stolen property.

The agreed facts stated that despite his severe injuries, Fan managed to make it outside and received help from passers-by.

Both of the victims were rushed to hospital and underwent multiple operations for their stab wounds.

Yu suffered fractures to his nose, cheek and eye and multiple stab wounds to his arms, body, thigh and head including the face and neck. One stab wound caused a laceration to his bowel.

Fan suffered multiple deep cuts to his head, including a 10cm cut on his face, and multiple cuts to his arms and hands. His right index finger was completely severed.

All three co-offenders were arrested following a police investigation including Musa in Brisbane two weeks later. The trio have remained in custody since.

Fangu Fangu and Musa entered pleas of guilty earlier this month to two counts of specially aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence.

Butros appeared in Central Local Court on Thursday and entered a plea of guilty to two counts of aggravated break and enter commit serious indictable offence.

The trio will be back in court in August.
