40-year-old man arrested following sexual act in Five Dock and Concord
A man has been arrested after a girl saw him allegedly committing a sexual act in a white van on her way home from school in the inner west.

A 40-year-old man has been arrested after he was seen allegedly committing sexual acts in his white van in Sydney’s inner west throughout August and September.
About 3.30pm on Thursday August 29, a 15-year-old girl was walking home from school along Parramatta Rd towards Harris Rd in Five Dock, when she allegedly saw a man performing a sexual act inside a white van.
Following this incident, officers from Burwood Police Area Command began an investigation into the incident, which included combing through the area for a white van.
On Monday September 9, two girls walking along Gipps St in Concord at about 3.20pm noticed a white van parked on the road and a man inside allegedly committing a sexual act.
Yesterday about 3pm, police conducting patrols for the white can discovered the vehicle and a man of a similar description provided to police.
Following inquiries, the man presented himself to Burwood Police Station where he was arrested.
There he charged with two counts of Sexual Act.
He was granted conditional bail and is set to appear in Burwood Local Court on Monday October 14.
