Police have released dashcam footage of a car involved in a hit-and-run that seriously injured an elderly man at Albion Park on Monday afternoon.

Police have released dashcam footage of a car involved in a hit-and-run that seriously injured an elderly man at Albion Park on Monday afternoon.
About 12.30pm on April 8 emergency services were called to a home on Maple Street, Albion Park, after reports a 96-year-old man had been hit by a car.
Police have been told a white utility reversed over the man in a driveway, before the male driver briefly rendered assistance and drove away.
The man was assisted at the scene by a member of the public, and then treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics.
He was taken to Wollongong Hospital with serious leg and head injuries, where he remains in a stable condition.
A crime scene was established and officers from the Crash Investigation Unit commenced inquiries.
Investigators have released dashcam images of a vehicle they are trying to locate.
It is described as a possible 2010 Ford Falcon Utility with a trayback and a ladder attached to the top, and was last seen travelling west on Maple Street towards Croome Road.
