The former president Finks outlaw bikie gang South Coast chapter, who has “Not Guilty” inked across his cheek, has lived up to that message when entering pleas to a string of drug and assault charges.

Troy Fornaciari appeared via audio link in Wollongong Local Court on Wednesday where he pleaded not guilty to commercial drug supply, using an offensive weapon in company, wounding a person with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm and intimidation.

His “Not Guilty” tattoo isn’t his only infamous ink with “In Gods Hands” (sic) branded on his chin and “Tuff Luck” in capital letters on his eyelids.

Police allege their investigation revealed Fornaciari had been involved in the supply of 250 grams of methamphetamine between Sydney and Wollongong in the month prior to his arrest in May, last year.

It is also alleged Fornaciari, along with 22-year-old Kye Epps, were involved in a knife attack on a man in Dapto on May 13, 2022.

Epps, who is on bail, appeared in person where he pleaded not guilty to using an offensive weapon in company with intent.

Magistrate Claire Girotto committed the matters to trial in the Wollongong District Court where they will be mentioned in February.

“Thanks miss, have a lovely day,” Fornaciari said to Ms Girotto after she excused him.

“You too, well as much as you can I guess,” the magistrate replied.
