Shannon Faux remembered after fatal Cringila motorbike crash
A young man is being remembered as a “beautiful person” after he tragically died after losing control of his motorbike.

An Illawarra motorcyclist has been remembered as a “very great man” after a tragic crash in Cringila over the weekend.
Shannon Faux died about 3.30am on March 7, when he failed to negotiate a bend on Lake Ave, left the road and crashed into a power pole.
Several bystanders stopped to help until emergency services arrived, but despite best efforts to revive him, he died at the scene.
In a tribute online, Eryn Chaseling shared a touching post on social media.
“This world has lost a very great man,” she wrote.
“I still can’t believe this is real, you had so much more to do in your life but you’ve been taken from us.
“I love you so much … rest easy.”
Another friend of Mr Faux’s remembered him as a “beautiful person”.
On Monday morning, flowers had been laid on Lake Ave where Mr Faux passed away.
A crime scene was established on Sunday morning and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash continue.
Mr Faux’s death came after a horror weekend on Illawarra roads. On Friday night an Albion Park grandmother was killed on the Princes Motorway, wile her daughter and two grandsons were also seriously injured.
