A man dropped his pants and exposed his penis to police after he was arrested for wielding a baseball bat as he unleashed a foul-mouthed tirade at a terrified woman in Sydney’s northern suburbs.

Shane Edward Allen, 45, pleaded guilty to behaving in an offensive manner in public place, using offensive language, being armed with intent to commit an indictable offence and intimidation.

Tendered facts reveal Allen arrived with his partner at a Hornsby address, holding a bat and a bottle of liquor at about 2:30pm on December 28 last year.

The female victim began recording Allen on her phone before copping a torrent of abuse.

“You ugly motherf*cker, you stole our television, f*ck you,” Allen yelled, according to facts.

Allen then approached the victim who asked him what he was doing with the bat.

Allen said he was “playing baseball”, before asking the victim if she drove an Audi SUV.

Facts state the victim feared he was going to damage her car, so she denied it.

A woman in Allen’s company then allegedly continued to hurl threats toward the victim.

“You tried to kill me, c*nt, f*ck off – if you come near us you’re f*cking dead,” the woman allegedly said.

Allen then abused the victim again.

“F*ck off, go home and stay there c*nt,” he said.

The riled-up pair then smashed a fan near the victim’s garage before Allen spat out a final threat while pointing the bat toward the victim.

“Next time it‘ll be your f*cking head,” Allen said.

Kuring-gai police officers attended the scene shortly after and approached the victim, who was shaking and crying, according to documents.

Police state Allen continued swearing loudly, despite police warning him to stop.

“F*ck off – I don’t care,” he yelled to police.

Allen was ordered to remove his jewellery and proceeded to take his pants off, revealing his fully nude penis for all to see in the surrounding neighbourhood.

“I don’t care,” Allen said while police instructed him to put his hands on his head.

Allen’s matter was mentioned briefly at Hornsby Local Court on April 5, where it was adjourned to May 24 for sentence.

He remains on remand bail refused.
