Dining out without ruining the effects of the gym can be a challenge, but one Castle Hill cafe aims to change that.
Nutrition Station opened its Castle Hill store a year and a half ago catering to those looking for meals that fit their dietary requirements, from high-protein to low-carb and everything in between.
The cafe has been popular with gym junkies, but also attracts a wide demographic with its family friendly atmosphere, children’s menu, organic coffee and extensive range of shakes.
Popular breakfast items include protein pancakes and acai bowls. Chicken avocado salads and angus beef burgers run out the kitchen for lunch.
Nutrition Station caters for a range of allergies and offers gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and paleo meals.
The cafe also offers fresh take-home meals in packs of 6, 12, 18 or 24 that can be customised or selected from one of its set plans to manage weight loss or muscle gain.
