A BELLA Vista cafe has created the perfect blend of healthy dishes with traditional favourites, served with a smile.

Tracey and Peter New took over a cafe on Lexington Dr in January, calling it Newnique.

It was their first foray into hospitality, although the couple have owned various businesses for 25 years.

Mrs New has previous catering experience, but worked in training and development and IT until she saw the cafe and decided it had “so much potential”.

Newnique, named after the family name and the couple’s desire to set themselves apart, serves all-day breakfast and options for dine-in or takeaway lunches.

Coffee connoisseurs will love the in-house blend served from the custom-made coffee machine, or the single origin filter brew.

The best part about the menu is its versatility.

The dishes were designed to be easily adaptable to cater for a range of dietary requirements such as gluten free or vegetarian.

Expert tip; order the delicious house-made “Chicky burger” sauce on the side — it is deliciously addictive.
