Pop-up cafe sensation Lil Miss Collins will make its way to Bella Vista Farm this summer.

The popular Parramatta cafe, which will open its doors on November 2, will serve breakfast, lunch, coffee and desserts.

Lil Miss Collins first opened in Prince Alfred Square in Parramatta earlier this year and became incredibly popular with local brunch-seekers and coffee hunters.

The cafe will hold a launch party for its new location at Bella Vista Farm on Saturday, November 5.

“There will be a bunch of animals on show including lambs and calves. Kids can also help bottle feed them on the day,” cafe owner Tony Moussa said.

“Plus, there will be sheep, goats, rabbits, baby chicks, ducks, piglets and whip-cracking demonstrations.”

Once launched, the cafe will open every day from 8am-4pm until the end of the Hills Shire Council’s Summer Series in February.

Hills Shire Mayor Yvonne Keane said Bella Vista Farm will be open seven days a week for the first time over the summer.

“Lil Miss Collins provides parents with the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed meal, take in the beautiful Blue Mountains views, while watching their children play in the manicured grounds,” she said.
