Healthy eating is always in season in Dural.

In Season Wholefood Cafe, run by Tracey and Andrew West, opened in November 2015 and has become a popular mainstay ever since.

Underneath Resolutions gym on New Line Rd and overlooking the Dural Golf Driving Range, the cafe’s motto is “proving food can be nutritious and delicious”.

“We love it,” Mrs West said.

It is obvious their customers do too, with queues on weekends for a brunch table and a steady stream of customers throughout the week plus local schools and businesses using the cafe’s catering services.

Most of the staff have specific dietary requirements themselves and can help customers pick suitable items from the menu, which has a range of gluten-free options as well as vegetarian, vegan, paleo and sugar-free offerings.

Our picks include the veggie burger ($15) and the Buddha Board ($18), which went on the menu after customers saw staff making it for their lunches and started requesting it.
