TAKE a fried pizza, add an ice cream burger, maybe some American style barbecue and a couple of healthy doughnuts for good luck and what do you get?
Hills’ food festival Park Feast of course.
More than 30 food trucks from across Sydney will converge on Bella Vista Farm for a return of the foodie feast from noon until late on September 8 and 9.
First held in late 2016, Park Feast attracts large crowds each time it sets down its wheels.
Visitors can sample a range of sweet and savoury options from burgers to bao and schnitzels to soft serve.
New to the feast will be Sugar Wheel’s Unicorn Burger, a colourful creation of ice-cream, fairy floss, caramel sauce and sprinkles sandwiched between burger buns, invented especially for the event.
Italian food truck Fritto & Co, owned by 2018 My Kitchen Rules contestants Josh and Nic, will also roll in with their fried pizza, while Pasticceria Caruso will make its food truck debut.
The family-friendly event will have roller-coasters, dodgem cars and pony rides for children to enjoy as well as live music all day and into the evening.
