BETTY has arrived in Castle Towers, and her burgers are sure to tantalise tastebuds.
Betty’s Burgers and Concrete Co. have opened their doors to hungry customers at Castle Towers this week and are determined to bring the burger beach shack vibe to The Hills.
Founder David Hales said he branched out to his 12th store in Castle Hill, after being enticed into the “family vibe” that is the Hills Shire.
“Betty’s Burgers was looking for a second location in Sydney and were excited to hear of the reopening in the Piazza, we couldn’t resist taking up residency,” he said.

Inspired by Mr Hales grandmother, Betty Anderson, the iconic design reflects a 1950s flair and will include the much-loved menu from the original beach burger shack in Noosa.
“The restaurant set up, while being inspired by the 1950s, does come with a fresh modern twist with hanging ceiling plants, colourful furniture and an alfresco restaurant feel,” Mr Hales said.
“The burgers at Betty’s might look simple, but the effort that goes in behind the scenes to ensure every bite is memorable is nothing less than extraordinary.
“All our sauces are made to our secret recipes on site daily, the lettuce is stored specifically standing upright to ensure the edges stay green and crisp, and our buns are a specific milk bun also made to a Betty’s specific recipe.”
He said the hero of his burgers were the famous patties — which are made on site from a tried and tested recipe.
