Bella Beaumont Pizzeria: Best pizza in The Hills

A family-owned Italian restaurant has been crowned the best pizzeria in The Hills.

Nothing beats a cheesy wood fired oven pizza paired with a cold Peroni.

After a heated competition to find the best pizza in Sydney's northwest, Hills Shire Times readers have voted Bella Beaumont Pizzeria as the winner.

The family-owned restaurant has been serving pizzas since 2009 at Beaumont Hills and has since opened its second establishment in Baulkham Hills.

While more pizzerias are experimenting with creative dough techniques, owner Giuliano Nobili said his diner was committed in “keeping it simple.”

“All of our recipes are in the family. We’re all Italian so we wanted to replicate what we do at home.”

The Beaumont Hills father-of-two said: “Everything in the menu is how we cook it at home

“We dish everything up like it’s going to our family. That’s our motto.”

Owner Giuliano Nobili said at Bella Beaumont, they were all about “keeping it simple.”

Mr Nobili, who grew up in Baulkham Hills said, “We’re big on quality, customer service and consistency.”

“We’ve got a good team and they're all locals and it’s just a good environment.”
