A dial-a-dealer operation was busted after selling nearly a kilogram of cocaine and military-style firearms to cops staging a sting in Sydney’s southwest.

The offenders met with undercover officers almost a dozen times at fast food joints across Fairfield, pocketing $334,000 by flogging 721g of cocaine, 522g of cannabis, a semi-automatic assault rifle and a pistol.

Vincenzo Borelli, 32, pleaded guilty to four charges at Campbelltown Local Court earlier this month, including commercial drug supply, indictable drug supply, supplying a prohibited firearm to an unauthorised person and supplying a pistol to an unauthorised person.

Borelli pleaded guilty to supplying drugs including almost 1kg of cocaine and firearms to police for over $330,000.

Court documents state the sting began in August, 2022, with the Fairfield West man’s drug runner Andrew Dahibe, supplying 55.9g of cocaine at a Hungry Jacks in Fairfield.

Documents state Dahibe and Borelli met with an undercover officer posing as a buyer in the parking lot around 5pm. Dahibe collected the drugs from Borelli’s car before handing over two bags of cocaine once inside the officer’s vehicle. The officer gave Dahibe $24,400 in a McDonald’s bag.

Police intercepted numerous coded messages organising various deals between Dahibe - referred to as “D” and Borelli - “Ron Weedzly”.

“Any word on 2 occas (a term for 28g of cocaine),” Borelli said, to which Dahibe replied: “Tuesday my bro book it in for afternoon”

Court documents state the pair supplied drugs to cops nine more times before a final order for 82.4g cocaine and two firearms - referred to as “drills” - was made December 14.

However, when the date came Dahibe reported there were issues with the “drill” order.

“We won’t be able to do it today, the nose is fine but just the drills in figuring out once they can (sic),” Dahibe said.

Borelli arrived shortly after to reassure the officer the deal was still “locked in”.

Court documents state Borelli identified himself as the supplier and requested more time to deliver the “drills”.

“Sorry for the f--king delay…the tools are about four hours away…and now because it’s Friday no one wants to do the four to eight hour drive”, Borelli said.

Four days later, Dahibe sent pictures of AK and Beretta guns, stating he would sell them for $90,000, before arranging to meet on December 19.

On December 19, police raided Borelli’s home on Madeline St, Fairfield West and seized 145g of cocaine, 479g of cannabis, $4340 cash and a taser.

Borelli was arrested and charged at Fairfield police station with police also arresting Dahibe in Chester Hill on the same day.

Dahibe remains in custody on remand after pleading guilty to commercial drug supply, unlawfully selling firearms three or more times in 12 months, dealing with the proceeds of crime of a value less than $100,000 and possessing an unregistered firearm.

Dahibe will be sentenced in October, while Borelli, who was granted Supreme Court bail in September last year, will learn his sentencing date in August.

On December 19, police raided Borelli’s home on Madeline St, Fairfield West and uncovered 140g cocaine and 40g cannabis in the kitchen, 439g cannabis inside the BBQ, 5g cocaine, $4340 cash and a taser in his bedroom.

Vincenzo Borelli was arrested and charged at Fairfield police station for multiple counts of drug supply and supplying unauthorised firearms.

Police also searched homes of his co-accused Andrew Dahibe and Sami Ghabach before they were arrested and charged for drug and firearm related offences.

Both were refused bail and will be sentenced at Parramatta District Court later this year along with Borelli. Borelli was however granted Supreme Court bail in September last year.
