A man wanted on an outstanding warrant in the state’s central west has been charged.
Police were patrolling Parkes when they sighted a Holden ute in a driveway at a home on Victoria St, Parkes, around 7.30am on Wednesday morning.
Police spoke with the occupant of the home and arrested a 31-year-old man inside the property.
He was taken to Parkes Police Station and was charged with several offences.
Following inquiries, the outstanding warrant was executed for traffic-related offences.
The man was also charged with three counts of stealing a motor vehicle, break and entering a house, two counts of entering an enclosed land without a lawful excuse, two counts of larceny and five counts of destroying or damaging property.
The man was refused bail to appear at Parkes Local Court on Thursday.
