Police stopped a gold Toyota on Dalton St, Orange, about 1.50pm on Thursday, for random testing.

The 24-year-old female driver tested negative to the roadside breath test, however, tested positive to a drug test.

When officers attempted to collect an oral fluid sample for a further result, the woman allegedly failed to provide it.

She was charged with refusal to provide an oral fluid sample.

She was issued with a court attendance notice on October 17.

During another incident, a 36-year-old driver tested positive to a roadside breath test and returned a reading of 0.138.

He was charged with mid-range drink driving and issued a court attendance notice to appear at Liverpool Local Court on October 23.
