In court documents police said the 21-year-old Salamander Bay resident made the threats in November last year.

Anderson had left his clothes and car at the woman’s house and the court heard she allegedly refused to give them back.

On November 15 Anderson sent the woman a message on Facebook which said “Hmm might make an OnlyFans of ya to pay for the shit your [sic] keeping from me”.

Police said Anderson followed by sending two video messages which depicted the woman engaged in sex acts.

“And I thought you gave my shit back but hey guess we both lied and you know I video’d you,” Anderson wrote in other messages.

“You thought I deleted them. Once you give them back to me the video will be deleted.”

Police said the woman feared her family would see the videos and when she tried to save them, Anderson had quickly deleted them from the message thread.

Anderson was arrested on November 20 and he told police he made the threats but never intended to post the videos to OnlyFans.

In court defence lawyer Jai Silkman said Anderson accepted “it was a foolish thing to do”.

“The complainant was refusing to give his property back and vandalised his vehicle,” Mr Silkman said.

Magistrate Gary Wilson noted Anderson’s age and lack of a criminal record as he recorded no conviction and imposed a good behaviour bond for 12 months.

“This carries three years imprisonment so it is deemed and considered by everyone to be a very serious offence,” Magistrate Wilson told Anderson.

“Hopefully these thoughts never cross your mind again.

“There is an AVO that’s going to protect her for the next two years. A conviction in this type of matter could have significant lasting repercussions as you know.”
