Forest Rd, Orange: Woman dead after being struck by vehicle

A woman, believed to be in her 30s, has died following reports she was struck by a vehicle in the state’s central west. Here’s the latest.

A pedestrian – believed to be a woman in her 30s – has died following reports she had been struck by a vehicle in the state’s central west.

Emergency services were called to Forest Rd, Orange, about 9.20am on Friday following reports a woman had been hut by a vehicle.

The woman died at the scene.

Central West Police District officers have established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.

The driver will be interviewed, and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
