A man has been charged over an alleged threat to kill a police officer and judicial officer during a triple-0 call.
The man will face court on Wednesday after he allegedly called the emergency number about 10pm on Saturday and made the threats.
Chifley Police District officers were alerted and commenced an investigation into the incident.
Following inquiries, a 37-year-old man was arrested in his Seymour St, Bathurst, home about 12.15pm on Monday.
Police executed a search warrant at the home, where they located and seized laptops, a mobile phone, and other items, which will undergo forensic examination.
He was taken to Bathurst police station where he was charged with using a carriage service to threaten to kill, hinder or resist police officer in execution of duty and failure to comply digital evidence access.
The man was refused bail to appear at Bathurst Local Court on Wednesday.
