Coronavirus: Port Macquarie, Forster, Taree worst hit on Mid North Coast
New stats have for the first time revealed just how many cases of COVID-19 there are in each postcode area. The figures reveal a worrying trend on the Mid North Coast with Port Macquarie, Forster and Taree emerging as the deadly virus hotspots. SEE HOW MANY CASES THERE ARE IN YOUR SUBURB.

NSW Health figures have revealed how many cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in suburbs across the Mid North Coast, from Forster to Port Macquarie.
Top of the confirmed cases list is Forster, which has 17 cases across the 2428 postcode
The next worst hotspot in the area is Port Macquarie with 17 people testing positive.
This postcode covers suburbs including Riverside and Fernbank Creek.
The postcode with the third highest number of infections is Taree, with 13 confirmed cases,
There were five cases recorded in postcode 2445, which includes Grants Beach and Bonny Hills.
There were three positive coronavirus tests in the 2427 postcode area of Harrington and Crowdy Head, and another three cases in postcode 2446 for Wauchope and Yarras.
There were two people that tested positive for the virus in postcode 2439. This includes Rossglann and Kendall.
In postcode 2443, which includes the suburbs Lakewood and North Haven, NSW Health recorded two cases.

NSW recorded its 11th and 12th death today.
The latest is a 75-year-old man who died in Wollongong after recently travelling on the Ovation of the Seas cruise ship.
NSW now has a total of 2,389 cases while national tally stands at 5274.
