SYDNEY Kings players Kevin White and Josh Duinker treated Rose Bay Secondary College students to a basketball masterclass on Friday.
Kevin White, who has played with the Kings since the club returned to the league in 2010, reflected on his time as a local player with The Scots College.
“Being from Sydney and actually going to school in the area, it’s rewarding for me to give back to the community that supported me when I was a kid,” he said.
The clinic for year eight students went for an hour and involved some basic drills on dribbling and shooting.
At the end of the session the top four performers received a pair of headphones and each participant got two free tickets to a Kings game.
