An 87-year-old man has died more than three months after he was allegedly struck by a 99-year-old driver who left the scene.

An elderly man has died in hospital months after an alleged hit-and-run at Woy Woy.
About 8.25am on Saturday, July 4, emergency services were called to Blackwall Rd in Woy Woy, following reports an 87-year-old pedestrian had been hit by a white Toyota Corolla.
The driver of the Corolla allegedly left the scene.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the man at the scene for suspected leg and hip fractures before being taken to Gosford Hospital.
Traffic and Highway Patrol Command established a crime scene that was examined by members of the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit.
Following inquiries, police arrested a 91-year-old man at Gosford Police Station where he was charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm — drive manner dangerous, negligent driving, and not give way to pedestrian on a crossing.
The Koolewong man appeared in Gosford Local Court on Wednesday, October 19.
He is next due to appear at the same court on Thursday, November 19.
At 6.20pm on Monday, October 26, police were informed that the 87-year-old man died in hospital.
A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
