The Entrance service station stabbing: Police release CCTV as part of investigation

Police hunting for someone who stabbed a man in the shoulder at a service station at The Entrance have released CCTV footage of a group of youths seen in the area.

CCTV footage has been released as part of investigations into a stabbing at a service station at The Entrance last week.

About 4am on Monday, October 5, a group of two women and three men entered a service station on The Entrance Road.

Police state that shortly after, the group began to argue with another customer, a 28-year-old man, before one of the men stabbed him in the shoulder with a knife.

The 28-year-old man was taken to John Hunter Hospital in a serious condition, where he underwent surgery.

Officers from Tuggerah Lakes Police District launched an investigation and have now released CCTV footage of five people who may be able to assist with the investigation.

The two women are described as being of caucasian appearance, aged in their 20s, one with blonde hair and the other with brown hair. Both were wearing black clothing.

One man was described as being of caucasian appearance, aged in his early 20s, with tattoos on his left arm and was wearing dark clothing, a dark cap and red shoes.

A second man has been described as being aged in his 20s, with black hair, and was wearing a striped shirt and jeans.

A third man was described as being of caucasian appearance, aged in his 20s, with brown hair and was wearing a maroon jacket, black pants and white shoes.
