A select number of Ourimbah residents woke last Saturday morning to find this image of a half naked man in their letter box — and it wasn’t a local politician angling for more votes in the State Election.
There wasn’t any writing next to the image — or accompanying letter — just a shirtless man who appears to be taking a selfie in bed with a stunned look on his face.
Ourimbah resident Matt Miller, who lives in Cambridge Circle, said it was a strange and unexpected discovery.
“It was Saturday morning when we looked in the letter box and found it,” he said.
“It’s just a photo, there’s no letter. I have no idea what the intentions were or where it came from. I have absolutely no idea who the guy is.”
Keen for answers, Mr Miller posted the image on the Ourimbah, Lisarow and Surrounds Neighbourhood Watch Group.
His post received comments from fellow Ourimbah residents who received the same unique delivery.
It seems the letter was delivered to people in Cambridge Circle and Yates Rd.
Many commented the image was “creepy” and a potential prank gone wrong.
“I would love to know who this dude is in the picture … does he know about his infamous trip into locals letterboxes?” Joanne Elizabeth posted.
Mr Miller said he’d love to know who the man is and who delivered the picture.
“It’s just such a strange thing to find in your letter box,” he said.
