Kyle Scott Fuller: Alleged Finks bikie charged with assault and threatening man with a gun

An alleged Finks bikie, released on bail over a week ago, has been arrested on the Central Coast over allegations he threatened a man with a gun before forcing him to drive.

An alleged Finks outlaw motorcycle gang (OMCG) member has been arrested on the Central Coast – 10 days after being granted bail – and charged with firearms, assault and drug-related offences.

Kyle Scott Fuller was arrested outside a home in Toukley at around 7pm on Tuesday by officers from the state’s Raptor Squad.

It comes after Mr Fuller was arrested at Bateau Bay shopping centre on February 10 and released on bail, with conditions he report daily to Mr Druitt Police Station, after being charged with two counts of possess prohibited drug, drive motor vehicle while disqualified and police pursuit.

Mr Fuller, from Shalvey, appeared before Wyong Local Court on Wednesday however did not apply for bail and it was formally refused.

On Tuesday, Mr Fuller was charged with nine offences including possess unauthorised pistol, acquire pistol subject to firearms prohibition order, acquire firearm without licence or permit and two counts of possess prohibited drug.

He was also charged with drive motor vehicle during disqualification period, take/detail in company with intent to get advantage occasion actual bodily harm, aggravated steal from person and deprive of liberty, and aggravated assault with intent to take/drive motor vehicle-armed with weapon.

Police will allege in court that Mr Fuller threatened another man with a firearm and forced him to drive a vehicle.

It will be further alleged he assaulted the same man on another occasion.

The arrest follows an investigation by the Raptor Squad into allegations a man had been threatened with a firearm and an assault on the Central Coast earlier this year.

During the investigation, police carried out a search warrant at a home in Bateau Bay on January 29, allegedly finding a replica pistol that was hidden at the premises.

Mr Fuller is also facing two charges of fail to appear in accordance with bail acknowledgment.

He will appear before Gosford Local Court on the bail matters on March 1 and Wyong Local Court in relation to the nine charges on May 2.

Raptor North officially launched across the northern region last month, with new squads starting work on investigating organised crime networks filtering along the east coast.
