A beautiful young woman has pleaded guilty to luring a one-legged man nearly twice her age to a motel at The Entrance with the promise of sex before robbing him of his wallet and mobile phone.

Jessica Hollins, 25, of Noraville, appeared in Wyong Local Court on Tuesday where she pleaded guilty to robbery in company and breaking and entering.

An agreed set of police facts, tendered in court, state she met a 46-year-old man about six months prior through her ex-partner.

The man had lost his leg in 2000 and the pair started messaging each other.

He suggested they meet up.

“The victim asked the offender if she wanted to make some money by having a good time or having sex with him,” the facts state.

“The victim offered $400 and the offender said `For $500 I’ll do it. We’ll have some drinks, and have a spa and have a good time’.”

The man booked a room at the Ocean Front Motel at The Entrance for about $240 on March 11, 2020.

He arrived at The Entrance about 5.30pm and bought a 750ml bottle of Jack Daniels Black Label and a bottle of Black Sambuca, along with a 2L bottle of Coke.

Not long after he received a call from Hollins stating she had arrived.

He let her in and they had a shot of Sambuca when he noticed she appeared to be messaging someone.

She suggested they go for a walk down along the beach.

“The victim looked over his shoulder and saw a male who was following them,” the facts state.

“The male appeared to become angry and started running towards the victim. He ran to `king hit him’ but the victim ducked and the male went over him landing on his back.”

The victim said `what the f..k are you doing?’ and Hollins started screaming “no more I can’t do this”.

The victim said “Are you talking to me? This c..t just tried to attack me. Or are you talking to him?”.

The unknown male started to swing punches at him but the victim was ducking and weaving on his knees with the blows hitting him around the shoulders.

The victim called “Jess?” and wanted her to help but she didn’t offer any assistance.

The victim tried to reason with the attacker.

“Brother what are you doing? I’m a good person mate,” the facts state.

“We’re friends. We can be friends too mate. What are you doing mate, if it’s about her?”

This went on for a bit until the male said to Hollins “Oi, grab his wallet. Grab his wallet then. Oi give us your wallet.”

The victim didn’t want to be further assaulted and handed over his wallet and mobile phone.

They started to walk away but told the victim to “keep f..king going that way” in the opposite direction

“The victim was scared and frightened,” the facts read.

“He couldn’t get away as he only had one leg.”

The man managed to get someone to call police but by the time they got him back to the motel the receptionist said his girlfriend had come back earlier crying.

She told police the girl said “My partner has just assaulted me. It’s domestic violence. It’s not the first time he’s done this to me. Can you please just let me in my room so I can grab my things?”

The receptionist asked if she needed the police but the woman said she was fine and was from Newcastle and had a friend waiting for her. She showed the receptionist the booking confirmation number on her phone.

While the receptionist waited in the doorway Hollins went into the room where she grabbed some of the victim’s clothing and used it to hide the two bottles of alcohol and the bottle of coke before she left.

Hollins was arrested on March 18 but declined to be interviewed or reveal the identity of her co-offender.

On March 27 police made a public appeal for information about the unknown man who was described as being of stocky build, clean shaven, olive/tan skin, black thick short hair and about mid to late 20s but his identity remains unknown.

Hollins was adjourned to face Gosford District Court on December 3 to set a date to be sentenced.
