Construction has yet to be completed on Gosford’s Australian Taxation Office building but already the block has been put on the market by Colliers International.
Expressions of interest for the site are being sought over the next week.
The site at 99 Georgiana Tce and 38 Mann St, comprising a 7150sq m office building and a two-storey heritage building are part of a 10-year weighted average lease expiry, otherwise known as a WALE agreement, which means that the Federal Government has committed to a 10-year lease on the building.
Colliers state chief executive Paul Powderly said the modern offices would help support job growth across the region.
