Hayden Todkill charged with attempted murder after Kingston Foreshore stabbing

A 25-year-old man has been extradited from NSW to the ACT following a stabbing at the Kingston Foreshore.

A man will face the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday charged with attempted murder following a stabbing at the Kingston Foreshore on Saturday.

The Canberra Star can reveal Hayden Todkill, 25, was extradited to the ACT from NSW after appearing at Nowra Court on Thursday.

NSW Police arrested Mr Todkill on Wednesday.

A statement from ACT Policing released on Thursday states the man is charged with attempted murder and intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm.

A statement from ACT Policing released on Sunday said a fight between several men broke out outside a licensed premises on the Kingston Foreshore on March 5 at 5.45pm.

Police say the incident continued on to Eastlake Pde and a man was stabbed several times.

Following the incident the man was transported to hospital by the ambulance.
