According to a statement from ACT Policing the woman was arrested at her on Tuesday morning.

She is the third person to be charged in relation to the killing of Mr Walewicz.

On Monday a man, 18, who cannot be named for legal reasons, faced the ACT Childrens Court charged with Mr Walewicz’s murder.

The man’s arrest followed the arrest of 19-year-old Reatile Ncube who was charged with being an accessory to murder.

Mr Walewicz was shot during the night of June 10, 2021 outside his house in Phillip.

During a media stand-up on Monday, ACT Policing Detective Inspector Mark Steel described the case, which police have investigated for almost a year, as a “real whodunit”.
