A Deloitte director who allegedly raped a woman during a BDSM hook-up has his case adjourned due to delays.

Cameron Tannock has pleaded not guilty to nine counts of sexual intercourse without consent, sexual assault in the second degree, an act of indecency without consent and unlawfully confining someone.

According to the statement of facts tendered to the court when Mr Tannock first appeared before the court in June, the Deloitte director met the complainant via the “red hot pie” dating website, where they organised a BDSM hook-up.

Police allege while at his Weston Creek residence on June 13 the complainant was told by Mr Tannock she wouldn’t get a “safe word” when he was “punishing” her.

The statement of facts allege the woman was raped orally, vaginally and anally while at Mr Tannock’s house.

Police allege the woman was forced to lie naked on a coffee table before being beaten with a belt.

It is also alleged Mr Tannock took photos and made videos of the woman’s ordeal.

When Mr Tannock appeared at the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday prosecutors told the court police were still analysing biological evidence and evidence from the defendant’s phone and iPad.

Magistrate Louise Taylor told prosecutors if there were “further hold ups” on the case, or another adjournment sought, the police informant would be required to appear at court to explain the delays.

Mr Tannock’s lawyer Satomi Hanon from Aulich Law sought a bail variation for her client, removing his curfew and replacing it with a requirement to report to the Woden Police Station weekly on Wednesdays.

Ms Taylor agreed to vary Mr Tannock’s bail.

His case will next be heard for a pre-hearing mention on October 21.

If a further adjournment is sought on this date Mr Tannock will not be required to appear.
