Peter Wells was not required to appear last Tuesday at Moss Vale Local Court for the mention of the charges including wilfully and obscenely exposing his person and carrying out a sexual act with another person without their consent.
The Crescent Head local pleaded not guilty to the charges, which according to documents tendered to the court allegedly involved him going to the fast food chain’s car park in Sutton Forest in the afternoon and exposing himself in public.
At the same time and place, he also allegedly carried out a sexual act without consent.
Not long after, Wells was arrested by police and taken to Southern Highlands Police Station.
Magistrate Mark Douglass adjourned the matter to August 31 for hearing.
