Westpoint Blacktown child allegedly slapped on bottom: Anthony Brandy charged
A man in his 50s will face court after being charged over allegedly sexually touching a young girl at Westpoint Blacktown. He is accused of slapping the eight-year-old on the bottom.

A police manhunt has led to a man being charged over an incident in which a young girl was allegedly slapped on the bottom at a busy western Sydney shopping centre last week.
Anthony Brandy, 57, will face Central Local Court today, after police allege he approached an eight-year-old girl and her mother at Westpoint Blacktown and sexually touched the child.
Police allege Mr Brandy approached the girl from behind before slapping her bottom just before 4pm on October 8.
He then walked from the scene, prompting an appeal from Blacktown Police to the public to track him down.
CCTV footage captured the man walking through the Blacktown CBD wearing a red cap, black shirt and blue jeans, with red and white sneakers.
Police arrested him at Redfern Police Station just after 4pm on Sunday.
The Waterloo man faces one count of intentionally sexually touching a child under 10 years of age.
He was refused bail to face court on Monday.
