Warwick Hunter death: Central Coast man charged with murder
A Central Coast man has faced court after being charged with the murder of Warwick Hunter who was found with stab wounds to his chest and back on a western Sydney street.

A man has been charged with the stabbing murder of 49-year old in Sydney’s west last year.
Warwick Hunter was found on a Toongabbie footpath with stab wounds to his chest and back on November 15 2020.
Despite the efforts of emergency services and members of the public he died at the scene.
Following an investigation by murder cops, detectives arrested 29-year-old man Samir Chamma at Lake Munmorah at 7am today.
He was taken to Wyong Police Station, where he was charged with murder, robbery in company and aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence, while armed.
Mr Chamma was not required to appear in the dock at Wyong Local Court this afternoon where his Legal Aid solicitor did not apply for bail.
The matter was adjourned to the same court on January 18.
In charge sheets tendered to court, police allege Mr Chamma murdered Mr Hunter between 10.08pm and 10.12pm on November 15 last year and robbed him of an unknown amount of money in the company of two other unknown people.
Police further allege in the charge sheets that Mr Chamma broke into Mr Hunter’s Toongabbie home on Wentworth Ave and stole the money while armed with a knife.
