A man who allegedly pulled a fake gun on another man during an altercation at a western Sydney McDonald’s drive-through has faced court on firearm charges.

Mansour Mansour, 41, of Stanhope Gardens, faced Blacktown Local Court today charged with gun, drugs and driving offences after the alleged incident at North St Marys McDonald’s on Saturday, September 14.

The dramatic scenes, captured on CCTV footage, show Mr Mansour and another man pull up alongside each other at the restaurant drive-through before the other man exits his car and approaches Mr Mansour.

The footage shows Mr Mansour exit his black ute, allegedly holding a replica pistol in his right hand, before he becomes involved in a verbal argument with the man.

Police allege the altercation then turned physical.

Shortly after, police arrived at the scene with their guns drawn and arrested Mr Mansour.

It’s alleged a search of his car uncovered two grams of ‘ice’.

During a brief court appearance today, the prosecution said the matter had been referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions, but it was yet to be determined if the matter would be dealt with in a higher court.

He faces four charges, including: possessing an unregistered replica pistol, not storing the pistol safely, possessing a prohibited drug and driving while disqualified.

Mr Mansour is expected to face Penrith Local Court on October 11.
